– I’m interested in a new home?
We’d love to hear from you and talk about the project of your liking, the availability and possibilities for you. We do this by mail, phone, video call or an appointment at the office. Whatever your preference is, but taking into account the regulations of the RIVM.
– Can I still sign a purchase agreement?
Yes. For this we offer you several possibilities, besides signing the agreement at our office (at this appointment a maximum of 2 persons may be present). It is also possible for us to go over the agreements with you by phone or video call. After this you can sign the agreement at the convenience of your home.
– Are there consequences for the building process?
The contractors have taken measures and work according to the RIVM conditions. The construction of projects is currently continuing as usual.
– Will the construction costs increase for a buyer due to the COVID-19 crisis?
After the building contract is signed by both parties, it is not possible for the contractor to pass on any increase in construction costs to the buyer.
– Are there still viewing days or information moments organized?
Events and commercial activities (such as sales events, buyer meetings, celebrations to celebrate the start of construction, etc.) are cancelled or postponed until after 1 June.
